Sate Kajang Hj Samuri
My Top favorite satay restaurant will be
Sate Kajang Haji Samuri. You can get it anywhere as they have many branches all
over the Klang Valley area. Sate Kajang Haji Samuri has a few branches around
Kuala Lumpur. The satay is all prepared and made fresh daily with the satay
meat seasoned, skewered and grilled served with the satay sauce. Sate Kajang
Haji Samuri have wide selection of the satay meat. We can find diced or sliced
chicken, mutton, beef, deer meat, fish, and even rabbit meat. By using more
authentic version, here uses bamboo skewer.. The satay meat is marinated with
turmeric and grilled barbecued over a wood and charcoal fire. Each pieces are
perfectly cooked with right amount of the fats, juicy meat and tenderly soft
satay meat.
The Satay is be served with a spicy
peanut sauce dip gravy, slivers of onions, cucumbers, and ketupat (rice cakes).
Personally I love the peanut sauce. Aromatic, appetizing and enough spice. I can finish up to 10 sticks at one time. The
chicken meat is moist and charred to perfection, tasted awesomely good. One of
my favourite here is always the chicken meat and lamb meat.
Ketupat is also known
as rice cake or rice dumpling, ketupat is made
from rice or glutinous (dried beef of chicken curry), “Lontong”, “Lodeh” and
also satay together with the pouch, only to be satisfied with the taste and aroma of traditional ketupat. Perfectly cooked and not
too soft nor hard, taste great with satay gravy. The heavenly
satay is a must try here and you will surely missing the flavour. The services is fast and efficient.
There are chairs and tables for you to sit back and relax while waiting
patiently for the satay to be served. The sauces are made readily with the
strong aroma of the peanut sauces. When I sit there and wait, I can see smell
the aroma and the spices. .delicious as always it be.
