Breakfast at Restaurant Baba Kaya Melaka

 The first stop to have breakfast at Restaurant Baba Kaya when we reached Melaka at 9.30am. The crowd is overwhelmed! After 10 minutes of waiting time, finally we get a nice round table indoor seat. 

We can try varieties of Authentic Malaysian cuisines at Restaurant Baba Kaya. Some of the signatures are Signature Nyonya Curry Laksa, Homemade Roti Jala, and Baba Kaya Signature Toast (Homemade tri-colours Nyonya kaya dip served with Toasts w/butter & sprinkles of cinnamon).👏

We also add Boiled Eggs, Morning Sunshine ( Normal Toast and Soft Boiled Eggs) and Roti Canai.

Service is attentive, friendly and feels like home. 🤩The food is nostalgic and we enjoy the dining atmosphere. Calm, relaxing and enjoy the restaurant vibes here especially the outdoor seats along the riverside with a stunning view of Malacca.

Absolutely 💕 this place!

We surely will come back again to try the Nasi Lemak Tower and other delicacies.

Nanyang Chicken Rice Ball at Melaka

We had a good lunch at Nanyang Chicken Rice Ball. We ordered the mixture of Roasted and Steamed Chicken and added on Chicken Wing

The steamed chicken meat is so tender and silky smooth.The roasted chicken is equally delicious too. Kids enjoy the flavourful roasted chicken meat and the fish balls soup.

Must try the Chicken Rice Ball, fragrant and soft. And pair it with spicy and tangy homemade chili sauce ,chicken meat and Bean sprouts.

Not to forget the local drinks -Cham and Kopi -O.

A comfortable and pleasant place to dine in. Convenient location and easy to find parking.

Niboshi Ramen at Menya Sankodo Kepong

We tried the signature Niboshi Cappuccino Ramen at Menya Sankodo opened recently at AEON MALL Metro Prima which specialises in niboshi ramen.

Niboshi Cappuccino Ramen with Pork Shank Chashu does not have coffee taste, it is actually means creamy, foamy layer on top of the broth.There are 3 levels of flavours to choose from. We go for Level 1. Thick and rich anchovies broth, Chewy thick-medium noodle textures. We enjoy it very much.

Niboshi Shoyu Ramen with Pork Belly Chashu. The broth version is slightly light taste and chewy noodle. The pork meat is tender and satisfying. 

Fried Shishamo with mayo sauce.

Jikasei Yaki Gyoza is homemade and the texture is good. Each bite is so addictive.

Awesome weekend to fix my cravings for Chinese Rice Wine Chicken. I found a good spot for hot Claypot food serving my favourite comfort dishes at Xiang Gang La Tong PJ SS2.

Stewed Vinegar Pork Knuckle. Wonderful aroma, balance sweet, sour and hot sticky sauce and meltingly tender meat.
