Delicious Lunch at Xiang Gang La Tong PJ SS2

Awesome weekend to fix my cravings for Chinese Rice Wine Chicken. I found a good spot for hot Claypot food serving my favourite comfort dishes at Xiang Gang La Tong PJ SS2.




We ordered :-
Pepper Broth Pork. Not too peppery, aromatic and thin sliced pork meat. Even kids enjoy it.


Chinese Rice Wine Chicken. This definitely my top choice. Perfect balance of the taste and gingery just the way I like it.

Flaming Pork with Dried Shrimp. This is one of my favourite. Fragrant and appetizing!!
Stewed Vinegar Pork Knuckle. Wonderful aroma, balance sweet, sour and hot sticky sauce and meltingly tender meat.


And must try the savoury ShaoXing Wine Pork Belly over freshly served rice, so delicious!

There are choices for choy sum, iceberg lettuce and romaine lettuce for side dish.

Simple dining to enjoy ultimate comfort food.
