For porky lovers, you may want to check out this new hidden gem just right beside VCR Cafe, along the housing area behind. It does not look like a cafe at the first glance. Search for No.8 house no and you will be able to spot this place.8haus as pronounced as “ba-haus” 八號 which means number eight in Mandarin, as the building is number eight after all. Inspired by the laid-back structure of the building in the bustling city centre of Kuala Lumpur. 8haus presents a dining experience that brings out the fusion of modern, basic and original cuisines of Western and Oriental style. Located in the city centre on the streets of Sin Chew Kee, Bukit Bintang, as it is one of the very few left that represents the heritage of Malaysia's treasures. The 1920’s architecture of the building brings a relaxed yet refined experience of modern and past moments.

| Pork roll with mashed potatoes and vege Personally I love the sauce so much. The pork skin is perfectly crispy and the meat is tender and moist. A good thick layer of fat. |

Halves' chicken rice ( half chicken). Portion is acceptable. Flavourful chicken and goes well with the house sauce. Somehow, we find it quite dry.

| XO Haus' Linguine Pasta- Best Selection. Pasta is well cooked and tender pork belly. This is one of my preference among all. |

| Pulled pork fried rice. A full of 'Wok Hei' fried rice complement with flavourful condiments of pork floss and topped with poached egg. |

| Haus Buffalo sidewinder fries. Regretted to order this side dish as recommended. It is not really that attractive as shown in their menu. Just the large pieces of fries topped with minced chicken ( Like those tomato pasta sauce). |

| Very Refreshing Plum 8 (sour plum drink like asam boi) - Mixture of few types of plum which I can recognize (sour & salty plum, red plum, Chen Pei (thin slice) plum plus lime). A perfect drink to quench your thirst. |
