RM 20 instead of RM 90 deal for Italian Lunch Cuisine for 2 pax.This is the choices for this deal.Sound very interesting and worth the value. But i still scratching my head how come the following menu can total up to RM 90?But RM 10 per person only . Why not just give it a try?

Starters:

Mushroom Soup
Garlic Bread

Main Course:

Spaghetti Bolognese
Spaghetti Chicken Mushroom Cream Sauce
Spaghetti with Italian Tomato Sauce
Spaghetti Aglio Olio

Dessert:

A scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream

Drinks:

Tea
Coffee
Iced lemon tea

So luckily i have called up to make my booking earlier.The place is so difficult to find.After turning for few rounds we saw the restaurant located at 1st floor on the left and there is no parking.

We have to go another round to come back and make a U-Turn and find our parking which is not near too.

When we go up , the place is so small and all the deco is same as in the advertisement.Just the area is really small and there is only few tables available.There are 4 tables sitted but i only see one waiter there.

There is no air cons, and he is alone busy giving all the customers the menu set lunch to choose.

After about 15 minutes, i think that is the manager who walk in and open all the air cons, taking orders and answering phone calls.

The phone rings non stops.The Mat Salleh manager taking the call and keep on saying the same word ' TODAY WE HAVE NO MORE TABLES AVAILABLE.FULL RESERVATION FOR THE REST OF THE WEEKS.

Then i saw he take off the telephone line and guess what, no wonder people who walk in to dine in, complaining there is no one answering the call .

Then how they can make the booking in advance? WEIRD PLACE! INRESPONSIBLE MANAGER IN CHARGE!

So after waiting for about 20 minutes, my spaghetti came in but look at that. Just a small piece of slice chicken and mushroom .The tastes is OK

There are so many people walk in to the restaurant and was rejected to dine in as they did not make reservation.But there are some early bird who came in at 12 noon same time with us, who did not make any booking, they are able to dine in as well.

But the moment the manager knows that they are walk in, he serve them in a very quick manner and this shows that he want to ask them to leave early.

I make a booking but he treat the same to us.We really had a terrible experience dining in this restaurant who claimed there are advertise in the THE STAR paper. which i think their food is sucks.

Which part of the pictures here showing total bill comes up to RM 90? Really CHEATING ON CUSTOMER!

There a lot of people who walk in keep on complaining and looking at this situation is really irritating. BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF EVEN THE MANAGER ITSELF OR MAYBE HE IS THE OWNER,BAD LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT!

And yet they are still doing the same promotion again and again.
