Impressive piece of lamb shank, flavourful and having the meat literally falling off the bone tender. Soft texture that's simply irresistible. 😋

Tapas - Peruvian grilled chicken skewers

Juicy and tender chicken meat bursting with vibrant flavor. Served with a green sauce known as aji verde that is spicy, creamy and absolutely addicting.

Pair it with Red Wine and White Wine.
