 So Porkalicious! We had an amazing meal at ANTE 1Utama last weekend with great choices of pork dishes.


We tried some of the recommendations:-



👍BBQ Pork Ribs -Pork ribs slow cooked and glazed with house made BBQ sauce. Deliciously grilled and the tender meat easily falls off the bone.



🤩Tender and well marinated Pork Shoulder grilled with fragrant spiced rub of Moroccan and Tunisian origins.


👏NZ Lamb Shoulder Chop served with Roasted vegetables and mustard mint sauce. Succulent and flavourful taste.


💕😍This is one of my favourite. Seafood Linguine -sea prawns, mussels, and calamari sauteed in oven dried tomato puree.


⭐Molten Belgian Chocolate Lava Cake is definitely the comforting dessert to end any meal.
