We had a great dining experience at M Dining Damansara Utama A Modern Thai inspired restaurant  Founded and curated by Chef ‍ Wilson Teh, having worked at the award-winning Thai restaurant Longrain in Melbourne, Australia.

Every dish that emerges from his kitchen is a masterpiece. Fusion concept menu using only premium and fresh ingredients in all its modern delicious dishes! We can choose our own level of spiciness from mild, medium, spicy. 

Some of the Signature dishes that we ordered:-

Soft Shell Crab, Tom Yum Mayo Dressing. The delicate crunch of the soft shell crab is awesome.

Scallop Betel Leaf Delight 

(Scallop, Chilli Jam, Coconut)

Elegantly presented on a vibrant Betel leaf, A Classic Thai snack with a twist. 

Symphony of Flavors: Thai-Korean Fusion Basil Chicken Bibimbap  Served in a sizzling hot stone bowl.

Squid Temptation - This is my top favorite.

(Squid, Nam Prik Gapi, Crackers)

Squid char-grilled to perfection. Served with crackers and smoked Nam Prik Gapi - hand-made Thai chilli relish blended with Thai shrimp paste, adding a tinge of essential umami. Mild, slightly sweet flavour. Chewy and meaty.

Salmon Paradise with Fragrant Red Curry is highly recommended.

(Salmon Fillet, Red Curry Paste, Thai Basil)

Delicately encased Salmon in banana leaf and red curry. Accompanied by crispy rice paper and Thai basil.

The most mouth watering salmon. The flesh is firm and juicy, super flavourful with the red curry sauce.

Silken Wonder is amazing! Melt-in-your-mouth organic tofu seasoned with salt, pepper, and sweet soy mirin, expertly composed for a simple explosion of flavours. 

For the drinks, We choose to order the cute Te𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐓𝐞a &  Te𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 Green 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐓𝐞a. Refreshing taste and flavour. 

Surprise Hubby with a Birthday dessert:-

Palm Sugar Bliss Served with Jelly, Sago, & Tropical Fruits. Kids also enjoyed the fried chicken wing and  ice cream with Mango + Coconut flavour.
