Seafood Noodle at Hai Kah Lang TRX Exchange

Let's check out @haikahlang at TRX the viral seafood noodle which was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022.

We tried the signature :

Milky Soup Fish Head Noodle

Lala Noodle

Leopard Coral Grouper

Fried bean curd

The seafood here was certainly fresh! The fish head noodle broth is Milky and flavourful. Crispy and aromatic skin on the outside and tender juicy fish head flesh. The chili sauce is a must!! And The fried bean curd is delicious! 

There are many choices of mixed seafood noodles with crab, prawns, clams, fish, squid, and others. Price is reasonable and dining environment is comfortable.

Finding parking is a big challenge here. And of course long queue. Nevertheless, I wanna come again to try other menu.
