We had a wonderful lunch at Calia located at Pavilion Level 6.
Calia is a unique Australian restaurant-to-retail brand created in 2016 in Melbourne celebrating the finest in local Australian and international produce – both in the restaurant and in the adjoining retail marketplace.
Designed by Michelin Star Chef Francisco Araya, using the highest quality sustainable ingredients.
We tried few of the recommendations and signature food.
Calia Aburi Salmon simply melts in the mouth.
Next we have the Grilled eel with homemade unagi sauce and truffle egg on Japanese Akitakomachi rice.
Signature Grilled Yuzu Lamb Chop -Tender and flavourful.
Ebi Tem is definitely worth trying.
We also love the Ebi Ramen and Soft Shell crab refreshing salad with Avocado.
French free-range chicken + Truffle Teriyaki Sauce + Yuzu Kosho = Truffle Chicken! A special dish for lunch.
Delicious dessert treat with Matcha Lava cake- a rich enticing chocolate lava cake with oozing warm matcha ganache. Must order this!
We love the food here and friendly service from the restaurant. Definitely a great place to gather with friends and family.
