Bayou Lagoon Park Resort @ Bukit Katil Melaka
Bayou Lagoon Park Resort is Ideally situated in Malacca with just fifteen Kilometres from the city. I will said that I prefer staying in the resort and enjoy the facilities here for a relaxing moments with my kids and family.
In Bayou Lagoon Park Melaka , there have 3 types of room , Studio Apartment , 2 Bedroom Apartment and 3 Bedroom Apartment for big group.

| You can check in at 3pm or early check in if room are available. Just press the queue number and go to the respective counter for check in process which took about less than 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful, explain to me that our 3 bedroom apartment stay are comes with 6 water park entrance tickets and 6 complimentary breakfast. |

| Our spacious master bedroom. Glad to see that each room are clean and bedsheet are well maintained without any stains on it. Comfortable and pleasant impression for me. We get to see the water park view from our window here. |

| The master bedroom is attached together with the bathroom and it comes with water heater. The hair dryer is inside the drawer. |

| In each cupboard there are hanger provided & laundry bag . You can also get extra pillow in every room. |

| Each room with dressing table and this second room has king sized bed. The 3 bedroom apartment is perfect and ideal stay for a family of 6 to 8 people (with kids together). |

| It's time to change our swim suit and get ready with the wrist band to enter the water park. My kids are excited!! You need to rent the towel for RM 5 each and pay deposit for RM 5. Or else just bring your own towel. No hotel towel ya |

| Kids Pool with small slides. Just nice to fit for parents to play along with the kids too. For those who want to put their things, you can either put at the locker provided nearby or just leave it there at the covered resting area. |

| Games room for some entertainment time. Bayou Lagoon has everything a holiday needs with wet and dry recreational activities for all. You can also go for a work out in their gym room or opt to watch 9D Motion Theater -Entrance Fee : Adult / Child : RM16.00. |

| We had our complimentary breakfast at Bayou Coffee House. The choices of food are quite variety and the staff are attentive to our needs. From local to western cuisines, whet your appetites with chicken rendang, sausages, spring roll, beans, rice and etc. |

| Half boiled egg or a sunny side egg?? Just request for it. Besides that, there are toast bread, pastries, fruits and start your beautiful morning with a cup of hot coffee or tea. |
Positive feedback :
1) Pleasant stay with my family. Overall everything was great. The room are up to standard conditions. Clean. hygienic and well maintained. No stains on the bedsheet and my kids are happy with their room.
2) Convenient location that I can easily drive out to Jonker Street or nearby AEON Jusco
3) Fast check in and check out process.
4) Helpful and friendly staff.
5) The Water Park is safe for children.

My concern :
1) Window design is too low. The window can easily open and can be reached by small children. Just advise parents to always keep an eye on your children if there want to enter the master bedroom. Please do lock the window.
2) Towel charge of RM 5 at the water park is not appropriate. Do consider to give complimentary towel to hotel guest. RM 5 deposit can be charge but not on the rental of towel.
3) Lift size are too small. Will be alright for low season. Not sure for peak season and school holiday how they handle the situation. But do not worry too much too as there are 4 lifts in each floor.

We enjoy so much staying here at Bayou Lagoon. My kids are overjoyed and they want to come again. Can't get enough of the waterpark and swimming pool session.

Write commentsGorgeous, Delicious, what a wonderful room for vacation. But you need to rent the towel for RM 5 each, why they need to exclude the towel instead of making it a package ? This is quite good for temporary living. Anybody wants for long stay rental apartment can visit room for rent Setapak, where you can choose to live with somebody or share a rent with or rent the whole unit.
