Delicious Lunch Treat @ Hakka Marble Restaurant- Cheras

I was craving for Fried Asam Laksa since last month. Finally, we managed to have the spicy version of Fried Asam Laksa at Hakka Marble Restaurant located at Jalan Anggerik Cheras. Served with a BIG fresh prawn. Spicy and tangy flavour. The fried asam laksa is packed with savoury chunks of pineapples, onions, cucumbers and nice aromatic minty flavour.

Next, we try the sweet, nutritious and thick radish pork broth soup. Definitely, the best  soup i have tried so far.

Must try the Hokkien mee, full of Wok Hei and pork lard. That portion is quite generous for 2pax.

The signature dish is Hakka Marbles of course! Some may called it as Hakka Abacus noodles. If you want to savour the traditional Hakka abacus, I will highly recommend this place. You have a choice for either Yam or Pumpkin. We prefer the yam version, stir fried with minced pork, mushrooms, black wood fungus, and sprinkle with some chopped spring onions. These beautiful round Hakka Marbles have a soft and slightly chewy texture. Addictive and delectable dish.

Finally, drench our thirst with a cup of fresh lemonade juice.
