Hula Hoop @ MyDeal
New Concept Spring Hula Hoop RM 29.90 instead of RM 69. Hubby bought this deal which i really quite needed it (hope to lose weight)..but i have no idea how to shake this thing..haha..

I find this is quite easy and convenient to carry and use (lightweight and foldable)..The spring hula hoop can also act as a spring tension control, exercise, arms, chest, back, waist and legs and other parts.
Hubby can shake quite well..while i am struggling for the beginner stage..more to learn to get used to it ( the movement and follow the steps)..but with the wrong technique i could get bruises around my waist and thighs..Ouch..
Despite there are many complains on MyDeal, surprisingly my Hula Hoop delivery is earlier than the stated date in their website. Satisfied!
