That's how we feel the moment we step into Herbaline Wellness Sanctuary Ipoh. We had a great staycation last Saturday and we love the facilities here.A true escape away from our busy city life and to seek absolute serenity and relaxation.The wellness sanctuary consisting of Sojourn Guest House, HerbaLine Facial Spa and Mama Kim Wellness Kitchen. 'Eat Well, Look Well & Live Well'. We get the refreshing experience which rejuvenates, heals and soothes the body, mind and soul.
Sojourn Guest House
With a tagline “Like home but better” - Sojourn, being French for “a short stay” offers a relaxing experience that guests will enjoy with the comfort of a home but with a bit more luxury. There are 41 rooms in total, ranging from simple Superior Rooms to spacious and luxurious Signature Family Rooms. Each floor exudes a different sense of comfort & coziness and has its own designated lounges designed respectively for kids, cozy ladies group and family corner for chilling. 
Extremely love the refreshing lemongrass aroma surrounds the whole area and kids are jumping to joy to check out the Deluxe Quad Room at level 1.

Warm and relaxing stay for some family bonding time together. Kids love the spacious Deluxe Family Quad room that comes with two bed and ample of space for them.

al-fresco sanctuary surrounded by greenery is perfect for cozy and intimate
gathering.

Me and hubby have a good pampering session with facial spa and Antioxidants hot bed therapy. We really need a 'Me-Time' and get to experience the spa session finally.
Guests can go for a quick recharge when they
patron the HerbaLine Facial Spa. Staying
true to its “no sign course policy,
consumers’ minds are immediately put to ease when they visit this facial spa
which offers various cleansing, moisturizing and
lifting facials or Body Massage Treatments -- complemented by value-added
services such as sea salt foot bath, fish spa therapy, detox lemongrass drinks
etc. After a few hours of quiet rejuvenation and amazing facial treatment
of relaxing body massages, one is guaranteed to re-emerge fresh, radiant and
reinvigorated.

The Antioxidant Hot Bed Therapy room

I tried The Antioxidant Hot Bed Therapy and this is quite exclusive and only available in Herbaline Wellness Ipoh and Herbaline Bandar Botanic Klang. It is powered by cutting-edge technology from Japan.
After changing the attire, i have to enter this treatment room and laying down on a 42°C – 45°C hot bed. Relax my mind and to feel the heat in the room. 40 minutes of hot bed therapy is enough to give me that amazing sweats and i feel refresh!!
Among the benefits are

- 2. Stimulate cell regeneration and promote metabolism
- 3. Reduce dark spots over time
- 4. Delay skin aging.

We had our dinner at Mama Kim Wellness Kitchen located at Ground Floor.
Mama
Kim Wellness Kitchen offers a comprehensive menu with a philosophy of “Where
Healthy Is Yummy”. The healthy recipes with the concept of 80% vegetable
and 20% meat in a single dish makes Mama Kim a stand-out for the neighborhood / community who desires healthy, authentic
yummy dishes.

I will highly recommend to my friends and family especially those with kids. Sojourn Guesthouse is definitely my top choice of stay in Ipoh that provides safe and comfy environment. Family friendly guesthouse with great hospitality and friendly staff that make our stay unforgettable.
Moreover, the location of Herbaline Wellness Sanctuary Ipoh is very convenient and just less than 10 minutes drive to Ipoh Old Town. We visited many places of interest in Ipoh City and enjoyed the food hunt of Ipoh delicacies.
