Stretching from end to end, over 300 dishes fill Indulge Coffee House, M World Hotel Petaling Jaya with a myriad of aroma and spices. Join us on this journey through nostalgic family recipes lovingly handed down through generations, with modern twists and unexpected delights.

Passion, precision, and creativity take the forefront. The Chefs have meticulously recreated beloved family favourites, inviting guests to celebrate and savour new discoveries. Packing a fiery punch, the ‘Paru Berlado Padang,’ a Minangkabau inspired dish, coats crispy sliced beef lungs in red sambal with a spritz of lime. ‘Daging Dendeng Minang’ offers similar notes, differing with thinly sliced beef.

While in the depths of Negeri Sembilan’s heritage, ‘Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Cili Api’ takes the spot as a must-try dish, with its aromatic and indulgently creamy sauce, the perfect accompaniment to the succulent sea snails.

With appetites whetted and ready for more, guests are guided to centre stage: a whole roasted ‘Kambing Golek’ slow cooked on a rotating spit, basted in its juices for a crispy skin and juicy interior. Along the way is the ‘Nasi Lemak Stall,’ our signature spin on Malaysia’s iconic dish. Pandan-infusedcoconut rice and condiments topped with a crispy, golden ‘Ayam Goreng Berempah’, every bite offering unparalleled crunch. Highly anticipated comebacks include Mandy Rice, ‘Roti Canai,’ ‘Murtabak,’ ‘Sup Periuk’ generously topped with meat and offals, ‘’Satay,’ ‘Ikan Bakar,’ ‘Rendang Tok Perak,’ fresh Seafood on Ice, Sushi, and Sashimi.

The festive spread also highlights ‘Ayam Percik Tanjung Chaq,’ ‘Udang Galah Masak Lemak Daun Kunyit,’ ‘Ikan Mayong Masak Asam Pedas Muar,’ ‘Cucur Udang Kertas with Kuah Kacang Ibunda,’ ‘Kerabu Taugeh with Kerang’, ‘Kerabu Ayam Bakar’, a feast beautifully rounded off with traditional desserts - ‘Tapai Ubi,’ ‘Bubur Nangka Sago,’ ‘Apam Balik,’ ‘Apam Manis,’, and an assortment of baklava and dainty cakes.
