Japanese Fusion Dining at Papasan Canteen Cheras

We enjoyed our lunch at Papasan Canteen, a Japanese Fusion restaurant having both Asian and Japanese menu choices.

Satisfying plate of Omu Curry Rice 3P. Serving of Japanese rice with curry sauce, crispy and juicy chicken karaage, fluffy omelette and pickles. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Unagi Egg on Rice. Deeply flavored grilled eel and fluffy eggs over rice. So flavourful!

Papasan roll -Salmon maki with foie gras, crabmeat, cucumber, tobiko & garlic mayo. Each bite is so amazing!

Soft-Shell Crab Salad. Special black and white sesame dressing makes this dish so appetizing.

Kids meal set with teriyaki sauce chicken karaage, crab stick, omelette and pair with oranges, grapes, jelly and a vitagen .

Worthwhile and pocket-friendly visit. Good service and relaxing place to dine in.

We had our morning breakfast with good selections of dim sum at Dun Huang Dim Sum Merdeka Permai.

👏Some of their own specialties such as Siu Mai, flavourful Da Bao, Golden Fried Ikan Bilis Sambal Bun, and Beautifully braised chicken feet. Pretty damn good basket of HK creamy salted egg bun. Soft and fluffy steamed buns filled with savory and sweet molten lava salted egg yolks custard filling that will gush out as soon as we take that first bite.😋

We also tried the Shanghai Dumpling Soup, Century egg and pork porridge, chicken glutinous rice, prawn roll and fried bean curd.

💕Kids love the taste of the Portuguese tart. Freshly made upon order.

We had an amazing staycation at Twin Jets Resort, the First aeroplane hotel in Malaysia.

Surrounded by the lush greenery of Broga's hill, this place is perfect place to spend our weekend together.

Lots of beautiful spot in the real Boeing aircraft for photo moments especially the cockpit area and be as the pilot!

Breakfast at Restaurant Baba Kaya Melaka

The first stop to have breakfast at Restaurant Baba Kaya when we reached Melaka at 9.30am. The crowd is overwhelmed! After 10 minutes of waiting time, finally we get a nice round table indoor seat.

We can try varieties of Authentic Malaysian cuisines at Restaurant Baba Kaya. Some of the signatures are Signature Nyonya Curry Laksa, Homemade Roti Jala, and Baba Kaya Signature Toast (Homemade tri-colours Nyonya kaya dip served with Toasts w/butter & sprinkles of cinnamon).👏

We also add Boiled Eggs, Morning Sunshine ( Normal Toast and Soft Boiled Eggs) and Roti Canai.

Just ring the bell! 🔔 And my Apam Balik is ready. Having fun with the hanging basket to get my Apam Balik freshly made. I tried two types of Apam Balik:-

😍Local Nanyang Coffee, Milo-50's and Cham drink is a must too!

Service is attentive, friendly and feels like home. 🤩The food is nostalgic and we enjoy the dining atmosphere. Calm, relaxing and enjoy the restaurant vibes here especially the outdoor seats along the riverside with a stunning view of Malacca.

Absolutely 💕 this place!

We surely will come back again to try the Nasi Lemak Tower and other delicacies.

Warm welcome by the friendly staff. Reasonable price and air conditioning comfortable place for family dining.

Kids enjoy their favourite sweet and sour pork, salted egg mantis prawn, Marmite chicken, seaweed soup and seafood taufu.
