Congratulations to Klook Malaysia on their New Office Launching at the KL Eco City to tap the potential of the emerging new commercial hub, dubbed the New Golden Triangle.


Klook Travel Technology (‘Klook’) is a world leading travel activities and services booking platform. Klook provides travelers with a seamless way to discover and book popular attractions, tours, local transportation, best foods, and unique experiences around the world on its website and award-winning app (consecutive Best of Year awarded by Google Play and Apple App Store). Klook's new Malaysia hub will consolidate major functions such as business development, corporate services, marketing and service operations under one roof.

The new ‘home’ in Malaysia will help solidify Klook’s operational strengths. The integrated nature of the office is set to be closer to the ground, to work with merchants, suppliers and partners to better serve the needs of the customers. 
The office interior design stands out for its vibrant colours. These unique modern design ensures employees stay stimulated and full of energy to kick start their day.

The new space will also house one of the company’s largest regional customer experience teams. The multilingual team is comprised of more than 100 people who speak a total of 8 languages (including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Korean, Indonesian, Japanese and German) and provide around the clock support for Klook’s customers across a variety of channels.  It is also Klook’s biggest Customer Experience hub globally at the moment.

Klook’s research showed that Malaysians have indeed exhibited a preference towards free and independent travel and creating their own experiences. Over 70% of Klook’s bookings were made from mobile with a 25% increase in same-day bookings over the last year.

With a team of more than 1,000 across over 20 offices worldwide, Klook's services are available in nine languages, supporting 41 currencies
Since 2017, Klook has been serving the rapidly evolving needs of FIT Malaysian customers, both abroad and domestically. With its mobile-first approach, the company has also been able to digitise local tours, attractions, activities - partnering with local businesses such as Aquaria KLCC, KLIA Ekspres, to guided tours in Penang and island hopping in Sabah. Klook has on-boarded more than 500 local attractions and activities!

There are exclusive events such as the Marvel Run and Marvel Studios Exhibition to Malaysian shores. Klook is expanding and working with more partners in future.More events is coming up too.
Look out for Klook Travel Fest 2019, set to be held from the 28th to 29th September at MiTEC, the massive one-weekend-only event will connect Malaysians to great travel deals. The event will also involve strategic partnerships with the local travel industry, lifestyle and retail merchants.
