A glass of Dutch Lady PureFarm Milk for breakfast is a must for myself and I begin to introduced it slowly to my family members. It is important to educate my three kids and my family members on the milk intake that will benefits to our body. A cup of milk is full of nutrients and vitamins such as protein, calcium and vitamin D that help build strong bones and muscles so that the whole family can have the strength and energy to do activities together. That is my concern as a mother to ensure my family is strong and healthy to kick start our day!
