Mango Chili is part of the Food for Good Project and for every meal they sell, one meal is given free to a child in need. The communities of children they have supported include : Dignity  For Children Foundation, Trinity Children’s Home, The Need to Feed the Need (kids@Chow Kit). They continue to look for communities of kids to support.

Their recipes are inspired by the Mango Tree family from Bangkok as Mango Chili in KL are the master franchisee of COCA/Mango Tree that oversees more than 76 COCA & Mango Tree locations in 16 countries around the world.

Mango Chili Thai Cafe is located at Nexus Bangsar South and here they served authentic Thai food and creating shared value with underprivileged children by giving a hungry child one meal for every meal they sell. For every RM 20 spend, you can feed 1 kid. How meaningful by helping the needs. The first cafe I have encounter so far. Mr. Ron is the owner here, being a Catholic himself, he aims to feed as many child in needs and in my conversation with him in FB, he is in Cambodia distributing the food to the child there. They involve in the Food for Good Project, also always gives food to those in need in charity centres and organize events inviting the kids to visit their cafe for food session.

We are welcomed by Chris, the manager here and Chef Zul to share with us some background of this cafe and the sumptuous food that we are going to sample today. When we reached, the place is crowded during Friday lunch hour at 1.30pm and we are really amaze.
